Pull the BuFu
Plate™ out of its packaging. |

Place the Original

Stick ropes in the
holes of the BuFu Plate™ and tie at the ends. |

Put the rope between
your legs and pull through to your waist. |
| 5. |
Pull the
waist rope
together and hook it to the crotch rope. |
| 6. |
Be sure the ropes are
secure in case of a rough ride. |
| 7. |
Assume the
position: Bend over and grab your ankles. |
| 8. |
Tighten buttocks cheeks
so they are securely together. Do not open this door for any reason!!! |
